The administration support of studies is provided by the Secretariat of the Department and includes the following:
- Enrolment, enlistment and transcription of students
- Print of certificates
- Collection and elaboration of the statistical data for the studies
- Print of grade reports
- Award of scholarships and loans to students
- Print of Degrees
